It is with great sadness that
we record the death of Fr James Brown our Parish Priest and President on 6th April 2010. He came to Holy Nativity from

Fr John Bradley, Glynis Warren, Margaret Edwards, and David Randall,

we commend them to God’s safe keeping sure in the knowledge that we will all
meet again in the nearer Presence of Almighty God.
Congratulations
to Clara Giblett and Fr. John Piper who have both celebrated their Centenary, to
Marian and Ted Leslie (nee Dyer) on the occasion of their Golden Wedding, to
Joan Cocks on her 90th Birthday and Fr John Baker having reached his
80th Birthday.

You may not have read that
the
We live in very challenging
and unsettling times and at Holy Nativity we continue to closely follow the
pattern set by our predecessors namely to maintain the Catholic tradition within
the Church of England. Please
continue to pray for our Parish now in interregnum, for Bishop Keith and Bishop
Andrew and for members of the General Synod as they meet in July 2010 to make
momentous and difficult decisions.
